The Fosbury
Two fruity liqueurs are at the centre of this summery cocktail named after Fosbury camp on Wiltshire.
This tranquil spot is one of our favourites for a glorious summer walk, especially at sunset, where the 360-degree views are truly inspiring.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Wiltshire Liqueur Wild Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 part Wiltshire Liqueur Blood Orange Liqueur
- 2 parts tequila
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
Method:
Shake all ingredients together and pour into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

An Excellent Defence
Fosbury camp is an Iron Age hillfort deep in the Wiltshire countryside. Its location provided inhabitants with an excellent defence with steep slopes to the South, West, and East.
Today, like much of Wiltshire’s landscape, it’s an idyllic place for a summer stroll or a crisp winter yomp.
