The Gopher
This spicy Damson Vodka cocktail is warming in winter yet refreshing in summer.
We named it after Gopher Wood, a favourite walking destination of ours. Coincidently this is also one of our favourite cocktails.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Wiltshire Liqueur Damson Liqueur
- 2 ½ parts ginger ale
Method:
In a tall glass add ice cubes, pour over Damson Liqueur and top with chilled ginger ale.
