The Sarsen
This orange liqueur cocktail is perfect for a picnic and takes its inspiration from the superb picnic spots supplied by the many Sarsen Stones in West Woods.
Ingredients:
- 1part Wiltshire Liqueur Blood Orange Liqueur
- 2 ½ parts chilled Prosecco
- 2 dashes of bitters (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Pour the Blood Orange Liqueur into the base of a tall flute, add the bitters (if using) and squeeze of lemon juice and top up with chilled Prosecco.
